The following guidelines must be completed in order for an applicant to be considered for this scholarship:

1. All items on the application must be completed.

   Applicants must meet the criteria defined by the scholarship committee.

   One letter of recommendation from a church leader or volunteer is required.  

   
   

   Scholarship application and all documentation is due June 7th.
